HOIST is a photographic studio in Northern Virginia that supports the work of artists and creative professionals. We offer daily, half-day, and multi-day studio rentals to the general public, and also serve as the everyday working studio for our resident photographers. The space is 2450 square feet, with an unobstructed 70-by-35-foot shooting area and 16-foot ceilings.

Lockhouse Studios in Frederick, Maryland is a 2100 sq ft. photography and video production studio. Studio A features a 25’ wide CYC wall with two corners, one side extending 15’ and the other 10’, a light grid at 15’, a client/agency lounge, HMU Vanity Room, craft services and coffee station. Studio B is a 21’X15’ rustic room with painted brick for more character, and a lower price point for smaller projects. With a variety of in-house lighting, equipment, and production resources as well as an extensive network, we have what you need for your next studio shoot.

Prop Up Shop offers a 350 sf loft style shooting space that is perfect for small-scale product, food, fashion & lifestyle photoshoots! The space is designed to be flexible to fit your vision with natural & studio light capabilities. The best part about renting Prop Up Shop's photo studio is that you have access to their Props, Surfaces, Grip Kit, Kitchenette & other built in amenities!
In addition to their studio, Prop Up Shop also rents props and surfaces (by the week) for off-site productions and can provide delivery/pick-up services for an additional fee. Rentals & studio visits by appointment only.
