We support the outrage felt by our community, and we acknowledge that we can be doing more. On the national level we have taken the step of creating a National Diversity Committee, and we apologize for not doing it sooner. Our commitment to diversify our leadership at all levels is ongoing- if you are interested in being a board member or have suggestions for how we can improve our commitment to diversity, we want to hear from you.
