Chantal Evans also know as Telly, is a self taught Afro-Latina commercial photographer and set designer based in the DMV. She is the Best of Show winner of the 2024 APA Awards. Photographing for over a decade, she specializes in editorials that display her unique style as an artist. Her inspiration comes from diverse beauty, culture, fashion, color theory, shapes, and life itself. Telly is truly passionate about her craft and has incorporated a new skillset of set designing within her work. She continues to persevere and grow as an artist, taking her work to next levels.
